 Quality control mechanisms at the required stages have been set up as the prerequisite of SOM Fastener’s quality approach at all production levels. All raw materials, semi and finished products delivered and having a direct impact on our manufacturing process are used after the approval by our product entrance control division. Intermediary inspection applications have been developed at all manufacturing stages while each process of our products is made after the quality department’s approval. Advanced quality techniques and methods such as Fault Type and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC) are used widely and effectively by the manufacturing divisions. 100% Delivery Performance approach is adopted throughout the entire manufacture and shipment process.

Our company manufactures “Zero Fault” products through product specific control procedures using two high end technology 100% debugging equipments processes. Having adopted continued optimization as one of its main principles, our company has established and developed a Quality Management System based on customer focused, data based and preventive quality approach under the employees’ responsibility. Proven to have met the requirements of QS9000:1998 Quality Management System in 2002 and ISO / TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System in 2005, our company has been quality certified upon the inspections conducted "Bureau Veritas" internationally accredited survey company.
